Cute little hotel and staff is super friendly and accommodating. We arrived late on the bus and had no where to stay after another hotel cancelled our reservation. Even though it was past midnight they were able to accommodate our late check in. Beds were comfortable, and the shower had hot water. Enjoyed the common areas and all the potted plants. It was nice to be outside of downtown. We will definitely come back if we are in Bacalar again.
This is a great place to stay in Bacalar, at such an affordable price. We honestly can’t fault the place. It was very clean & comfortable, plus only a 5 minute walk to the lagoon. We really enjoyed our stay!
A good option when in Bacalar. The room is simple but clean and spacious. The shower had great pressure and hot water! The Internet was reliable. It's a 5 minute walk to the lagoon. To reach the main square with the most popular bars, shops and ATMS, you need a good 10 minute walk. Same distance to reach the ADO bus station but in a different direction.
We had an excellent stay. They were very helpful and kind and the rooms were spacious, clean and fresh. We would happily stay again.
Great Hotel and so nice staff. We came after the check-in time by accident and they still helped us out and we got the room. You can write them by Whatsapp, they answer fast and very kind. You can basically walk and see everything in Bacalar by foot from there. Would totally recommend!
Good place to stay for a few nights, close to the eco park at the lagoon which we visited almost every day. Room was large, AC worked great, bed was comfy.
The staff was lovely, the rooms spacious but during our stay there were lots of families just one night it was a bit noisy. Breakfast is included one piece of cake coffe and a fruit... nothing special. Location is not to bad but not too close either...I mean bacalar is small....so...up to u
Very calm area, a short walk from the ecopark, which much be the best bathing spot in Bacalar. About 10 minutes walk from the center. And there's a very nice restaurant with good wine just around the corner!
